The Reliance AGM on 12 August could end up being the platform where a slew of products are announced. We already know that the company’s broadband service Jio GigaFiber will finally roll out commercially and its prices will also be announced at the event.

But, in addition to this, reports suggest that Jio could also have a smart feature phone to unveil at the annual event, slated to happen in less than 10 days from now.

IAF Official Mobile Game Review: It’s Time to Ace Aerial Combat

The Indian Air Force has launched its second official mobile game for both Android and iOS smartphones. Dubbed ‘Indian Air Force: A Cut Above’, the action-packed flight simulator game mixes air combat and rescue missions to keep the gameplay engaging.

The game has been developed by Threye: Military Games, a company based out of Dwarka in Delhi. This is the second game it has developed for the Indian Air Force, where the first game was launched back in 2014, called Guardians of the Skies.

‘Indian Air Force: A Cut Above’ lets users make changes to the avatar of the game which, by default, is Wing Commander Abhinandan. It also gives you an option to use your own face as the avatar.

The game is available for download on the Google Play Store and Apple App store for free and is 279 MB in size.

Makers of TikTok Confirm They Are Working on a Smartphone

TikTok has generated interest across major countries like India, where it has amassed over 100 million monthly active users in a short time span.

But, it seems the user generated content (UGC) platform is not settling on its laurels, and because of that, they are launching a smartphone which is likely to proliferate the reach of UGC apps to more users across the globe.

For this, according to a Reuters report, the maker of TikTok, ByteDance, has confirmed it is in the process of making a smartphone, for which it has partnered with device maker Smartisan Technology.

Beware! WhatsApp 1000 GB Free Data Offer is a Scam

Have you received a WhatsApp message offering 1000 GB free Internet data? Beware, as it is a scam that is spreading fast.

Researchers from cyber security firm ESET have received a message on WhatsApp stating that the app was giving away 1000 GB of internet data to celebrate its 10th anniversary this year.

The fraudulent campaign is hosted by a domain that is home to yet more bogus offers, pretending to come from other well-known brands.
