1. ‘PM Modi Rightful Leader of Democracy’: Kangana Ranaut
Actor Kangana Ranaut, known to be blunt and forthright with her opinions, was recently seen heaping praises on Prime Minister Narendra Modi. During an event in Delhi, Ranaut called him the “rightful leader of democracy”. She was in Delhi to attend the screening of a short film titled ‘Chalo Jeete Hain’, which is reportedly inspired by the early life of PM Modi.
Ranaut spoke in support of Modi, praising his leadership, but not without bringing up nepotism. “He is the most deserving candidate. It’s not like he has reached this place because of his mother and father. He is the rightful leader of democracy. We have voted him as our prime minister. This cannot be taken away from him. This is his well-deserved place he has earned after sheer hard work. So, there shouldn’t be any doubt about his credibility as the prime minister,” said the actor.

2. Second Trailer of ‘Vishwaroopam 2’ Out on ‘Bigg Boss’
‘Bigg Boss Tamil’ viewers were in for a surprise on 28 July, when host Kamal Hassan released the second trailer of the much-awaited sequel of his 2013 hit ‘Vishwaroopam’.
The first trailer was released in June and fans have been waiting to catch another peek into the action-packed political spy thriller that is set to hit the screens on 10 August.
The film will see Hassan, director and protagonist, portray the role of an Indian agent on a mission to protect the country from an international terrorist attack. As in the first part of the movie, Hassan will don multiple roles in the film. Vishwaroopam 2 also stars Rahul Bose, Shekhar Kapur, Pooja Kumar and Andrea Jeremiah in key roles.

3. Priyanka & Nick Jonas Visit Meghan & Prince Harry
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas reportedly visited the Duke and Duchess of Sussex at their house last week, where the actor introduced her boyfriend to her friend Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
The ‘Quantico’ star and the ‘Chains’ singer enjoyed some time at the royal couple's house the same week Jonas proposed to Chopra, reports usmagazine.com.

4. Tigmanshu Dhulia Plays Shah Rukh Khan’s Father in ‘Zero’
Director Tigmanshu Dhulia who is receiving positive reviews for his film ‘Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3’ has said that he had a great experience working in filmmaker Aanand L Rai’s upcoming film ‘Zero’ along with Shah Rukh Khan.
Dhulia, who will be seen playing Shah Rukh’s father in ‘Zero’, was interacting with the media to promote ‘Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster 3’, on Friday, 27 July.

5. Akshay Confirms Exit From ‘Mogul’
Bollywood has been obsessed with biopics and actor Akshay Kumar done a series of them – from ‘Airlift’, ‘Padman’ and now ‘Gold’.
‘Gold’ is based on a man called Tapan Das, manager of pre-independence hockey team. He was an alcoholic, a cheat but dreamt of getting independent India a gold medal in hockey and he did. Akshay Kumar essays the role of Das.
Another biopic that Kumar was supposed to be a part of was ‘Mogul’, which was based on the life of Gulshan Kumar, but even after the release of the poster, the actor confirmed that he is no longer a part of the project.
