Khagendra Agdembey is an ex-serviceman who runs a successful business in Kathmandu. His own home has been damaged in the earthquake, but he’s put reconstruction on hold for now. He’s traveling into the remote villages to help volunteers deliver food and water to those who government agencies have not been able to reach yet.
On his way Khagendra spoke to some villagers in Chapagaon in Nepal’s Lalitpur district who’ve got their damages registered, but have little hope that the government would come to their rescue.
