An encounter in Baramulla district of Jammu Kashmir ended with death of two militants. Several security personnel were also injured in this encounter.
The gun-battle broke out after a joint team of army, CRPF and local police received information about two militants hiding in a house. According to the police, they asked the militants to surrender but instead they started firing on the security forces which resulted in an encounter.
The house in which the militants took refuge was also blown up in the process.
