Students of 9th grade in Chacha Nehru school of Thane were left flabbergasted when they saw a question about Virat Kohli’s girlfriend in their Physical Education question paper.
The question was in a ‘fill in the blanks’ pattern and it read:
The girlfriend of Virat Kohli is...... (Priyanka, Anushka, Deepika)
The paper also had questions about Sachin Tendulkar’s childhood friends and the most beautiful stadium in India.
The principal of school justified the questions.
Teachers are free to ask questions they deem fit for a particular subject. The education department has not given any guidelines on the type of questions a person should ask.AR Pandey, Principal, Chacha Nehru School
