Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar may have sailed through the trust vote but he continues to face the wrath of a ‘betrayed’ RJD. On Friday, a war of words erupted after Kumar came face to face with former Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, who billed Kumar’s overnight switchover a “preplanned strategy.”
Yadav Junior, who along with father Lalu faces corruption charges, became an “cause for embarrassment” for Kumar, following which he broke the mahagathbandhan. Responding to Yadav’s allegations, Kumar said he couldn’t tolerate the RJD’s corruption and had to break away.
