Sunrisers Hyderabad take on Kolkata Knight Riders in the first eliminator of this IPL on Wednesday, however, the team will be missing the services of a key senior player.

Fast bowler Ashish Nehra has been ruled out of the rest of the tournament, head coach Tom Moody told reporters on the eve of the match.

"Ashish Nehra won't be fit for the remainder of the tournament," he told media in an interaction on the eve of the IPL eliminator clash between Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight Riders at Chinnaswamy stadium.

The veteran India pacer was forced off the field with a hamstring strain in a league match against Rising Pune Supergiant on May 6.

The coach however said Kolkata Knight Riders' recent slump in form would not have any bearing on the eliminator tomorrow as they have enough experience of playing in the knockouts.

The Knight Riders have lost four matches out of their last five matches.

"KKR's form over the past two weeks is not going to be relevant tomorrow. They have got a lot of experience in that team. There are lot of players who know how to win play-offs.

So, we make sure that we focus on us and play with the same mindset we have been playing so far," said Moody.
