In the footage, captured on a security camera in Zhejiang Province, bystanders can be seen noticing the girl who had been inside for an hour before summoning the police who smash the window to save her.
According to local reports, bystanders tried to find the driver first but were unsuccessful. The parents returned to the car just as the child was removed by officers.
