Remember Ringing Bells? The company that promised India its Freedom 251 smartphone, is now making another big claim, this time with television. The company, according to reports, is readying itself to launch its first-ever 32-inch LED TV that will be sold for under Rs 10,000.
Coming from a company that has been shrouded in uncertainty, we’d take this with a spoonful of salt. The 32-inch high-definition (HD) LED TV, called the Freedom will be announced in the first of July as per reports.

In comparison, the cost of 32-inch HD LED TV sets normally begins from Rs 13,000, Goel adds.
While its true that the cost of buying an LED television has dramatically come down, as for buying a big-size TV for the price of a smartphone, we’re not sure as to how Ringing Bells can truly offer a quality product.

This is a company which has been in the news for all the wrong reasons up until now. Even then, Ringing Bells has claimed this week that they will start delivering the Freedom 251 orders to its customers from 30 June onwards.

We haven’t seen what the final product offers or what it looks like, so we’ll wait until we get our hands on the actual device.
