The focus on the performance of Indian cricket team has shifted to the rift between the head coach Anil Kumble and the Indian players.
According to reports, the players are unhappy with the strictness of Anil Kumble.
On the day the Indian team left for the United Kingdom for the Champions Trophy, the BCCI opened applications for India’s new head coach. Kumble was given a one-year term, when he was appointed in June last year.
Since then, a lot of speculative reports surfaced about the players gunning for a change of coach.
Are the players right on their part to be not happy with a strict coach or should Anil Kumble get a contract extention, for he has an excellent track record as coach of the Indian team?
