It’s going to be really hard to say goodbye to RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan.
The staff of Reserve Bank of India crafted an intricate rangoli to bid to goodbye to the most popular of all RBI governors who will be stepping down from his post officially on 4 September.
The Rangoli is a collection of several types of bank notes and Rajan’s face. A farewell message in Hindi reads “Kabhi alvida na kehna” (Don’t ever say goodbye).
It isn’t just the Reserve Bank of India; a Bengaluru-based food company has introduced two dishes in its menu to celebrate the legacy of outgoing RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan.
