A Sikh protester carrying a ‘Stop Hate’ sign was removed from Donald Trump’s rally in Muscatine, Iowa, on Sunday.

Referring to the campaign-related ‘Make America Great’ hats given out to supporters, Trump commented, “Was he wearing one of those hats, was he? And he never will and we have to do something about it because it’s not working.”

Trump’s comment was reported by some media outlets as a mockery of the protester’s turban.
