The recent upheavals in the Samajwadi Party did not dampen Shivpal Yadav’s spirits as a video has emerged of him singing at a private New Year’s Eve bash.
When the emcee of the party asked for song requests, Shivpal put in a request and sang the old Hindi song “Kasme waade pyaar wafaa sab baatein hain baaton ka kya, koi kisi ka nahi ye jhoothe, naate hain naaton ka kya.”
In a family feud that’s been brewing since September 2016, Shivpal Yadav was removed as the party’s Uttar Pradesh chief and was replaced by Naresh Uttam on Sunday.
