External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said on Tuesday that the death of Congolese student Olivier was not a racist attack and should not be seen in that light, adding that the CCTV footage clearly shows Indian citizens trying to save Masunda Oliver.
She has also said that the Minister of State along with the Secretary of State would visit every metro city and hold talks with African students.
She added that she had met the delegation of African students and leaders and told them that the incident was not only unfortunate but painful for them as well.
