Senior advocate Ram Jethmalani came down heavily on Prime Minister Narendra Modi for comparing Arun Jaitley with senior BJP leader LK Advani.
Modi earlier said that he is confident that the Union Finance minister “would come out with flying colours” in the DDCA scam the way Advani did in the Hawala case.

Jethmalani has never shied away from publicly expressing his dislike towards Jaitley. After a meeting with Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday, Jethmalani has agreed to represent him in the DDCA case.
Jaitley, who was the chief of the cricket association between 1999 and 2013, has been central to the DDCA row after Kejriwal alleged corruption in the DDCA under Jaitley’s leadership.
Following demands for his resignation by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Congress party, Jaitley has slapped defamation charges against six members of AAP, including Kejriwal.
