The British School in Delhi’s Chanakyapuri was under lockdown for about an hour, on Thursday, after an anonymous caller threatened to attack the school with an AK-47 gun. The scare, however, turned out to be a hoax.
The call was made at around 1 pm after which Delhi Police evacuated the students and shut the school down.
The area was then cleared after an hour. The police are tracing the call.
