- Supreme Court, on Friday, indicated real estate company Unitech will have to refund money to Noida home buyers because of delay in possession.
- Replying to the direction, Unitech told SC that it does not have the money to refund buyers. The court then asked for a list of buyers who want a refund by the next hearing on 17 August.
- Unitech had to hand over the apartments in Sector 96, Noida to the buyers on 16 April 2013, but the construction is still far from complete.
