MHADA received 66,078 applications this year. These are for the 217 houses in Mumbai which will be allotted by the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) through lottery.
The lottery draw will take place on 2 June 2019 and the list of the winners will also be declared on the same day. The draw will happen at 10 am.
The registration for the MHADA Mumbai Lottery had started on 7 March 2019 and it ended on 24 May 2019. 47 houses of these 217 houses are for Middle Income Groups (MIG) whereas the rest of the houses will be allotted to the applicants belonging to the lower income groups.
Apart from Mumbai, Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) also has Pune Board Lottery 2019, Aurangabad Board Lottery 2019 and Nashik Board Lottery 2019.
The result for Pune Board Lottery 2019 will be declared after a draw on 7 June 2019. The result for Aurangabad Board Lottery 2019 will be declared on 4 June 2019 whereas the result for Nashik Board Lottery 2019 was declared on 29 May 2019.
