  • The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has ordered a multi-agency committee to review the security of all airports across the country.

  • The committee, including officials from MHA, Bureau of Civil Aviation Security and Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), will submit a report after visiting all airports in the next 20 days.

  • This order comes after emerging terror threats and recent attacks at Brussels and Istanbul airports.
