38 year-old Shahnawaz was mercilessly beaten by four men, all because he bumped his motorcycle into their car at Turkman gate in Delhi. He bled to death.

In what appears to be a case of road rage, the accused killed Shahnawaz in front of his two minor children, Fahad and Kaif, who were riding along with him on his motorcycle.

Chandni Mahal police station is located at a distance of 50 metres from the spot of the incident. But when the children ran to seek help from 2 police constables, they turned them away.

Refuting this allegation, a senior police officer said: “Can Delhi Police ever do something like this? Can a policeman turn down somebody in need of help?”

What do you think ? Do you believe this statement from Delhi police?
