The Supreme Court has agreed to hear a plea seeking the dismissal of a criminal case against the Gujarat Police in the alleged fake encounter case. The hearing has been scheduled for 11 March 2016.

Pakistani-American Terrorist David Headley named Ishrat Jahan as an LeT official, which sparked off debates between BJP and Congress.
