Airbnb confirms its latest round of funding worth $1.5 billion in June, making it the third-most valuable privately held startup.
Airbnb filed paperwork with the US Securities and Exchange Commission last week confirming the report according to The Wired
Airbnb is now the third-highest valued startup at $25.5 billion just behind Uber (valued at $62.5 billion) and Xiaomi ($46 billion).
The company is headed for $900 million in revenue for 2015 more than the projection of $825 million it told investors it was expecting during the July fundraising round.
