In yet another development in the ongoing Tata-Mistry feud, the Tata group has now threatened ex-GEC member Nirmalya Kumar with legal action for making disparaging remarks about the Group.
The group also accused Kumar of divulging their future strategy, asking him to issue an apology for the same.
Nirmalya Kumar took to micro-blogging site Twitter to share a photo of the notice sent to him.
The notice accused Nirmalya of leaking the company’s confidential information and asked him to take back his remarks, failing which he would have to face legal proceedings.
