On 8 August, Aradhana* took an OLA to travel for work in Mumbai. She got into the front seat and made herself comfortable. While the car was crossing Dadar, the driver took out his penis and began masturbating.
Three hours after the FIR was filed under section 354 and 354A of the IPC, the accused, Arun Tiwari, was arrested.
