A woman’s rendition of Lata Mangeshkar's classic song Ek Pyar Ka Nagma is taking the internet by storm.

In the two-minute long video shot at a West Bengal railway station, the woman can be seeing singing the hit song from the 1972 Hindi movie Shor.

The video that was posted on the Facebook page BarpetaTown The place of peace on 28 July already has over 2 million views and is being widely re-shared by many.

Speaking to NDTV, the owner of the page Krishaan Das Zubu said that the video was shot at Ranaghat railway station in West Bengal. Zubu also said that the video was sent to him by a Ranaghat resident.

Meanwhile, several users on Twitter and Facebook praised the woman for her "melodious voice". Others offered best wishes to the woman and prayed that she gets the "recognition she deserves."
