Since the time India announced on 29 September that it conducted surgical strikes on terror launchpads across the border, the tension has only risen in the following weeks with continuous ceasefire violations at the India-Pakistan border.
In a viral video, which reflects the emotions related to the bitter situation at the border, a jawan of the Sikh Regiment can be seen singing a song in Punjabi warning Pakistan.
The jawan can be seen sitting with other soldiers who later joined him in sending the powerful message across the border. The lyrics of the song say “the enemies have seen our love but not our anger.”
The song sends out a clear warning to those who’ve been attacking the Indian troops at the Line of Control (LoC). The jawan sings that the forces are ready for combat and if they get the nod from the government they’ll ‘destroy’ the opponents.
The time and place of where the video is shot is not known, but the camera pans to show the harsh surroundings the soldiers live in.
The tension between India and Pakistan just seems to be escalating day-by-day and soldiers on the border are the ones who have been hit the hardest.
