Brazil may have been knocked out of FIFA World Cup 2018, but Neymar memes are here to stay.
This World Cup has seen a lot of moments that can be termed as historic, but among the ones that stand out the most is Neymar rolling on the floor.
Neymar was always a great dribbler on the field but after this World Cup, he’ll mostly be remembered for his diving and rolling skills, and fans are loving it.
From the day of Brazil’s opening match up until the end, Neymar may have disappointed his team but definitely regaled his fans. His rolls and dives were a rage online, with kids mimicking his actions on the field.
The last of his ‘play-acting’ was seen in the quarter-finals, where he spent a good amount of time rolling around, but unfortunately that didn’t help his team secure a comeback as Brazil lost 2-1 to Belgium.
But his fans on Twitter decided to commemorate his ‘skills’ by initiating the #NeymarChallenge. Here’s a glimpse.
Neymar’s non-human fans joined in too.
Neymar bid adieu to the FIFA World Cup 2018 with a total of two goals and a little over 14 minutes of rolling.
