People go to great lengths to express their love to one another on Valentine’s Day and one enterprising youth went a little too far as he pasted Rs 2,000 notes all over a car to impress a girl, as Amarujala reported.

However, little did he think he would get into trouble for the rather grand gesture of adulation. Given the cash crunch most people are facing in the country after demonetisation, the youth attracted attention on the road and was detained by police.

The identity of the man has not been revealed, but he surely would not be excited for another Valentine’s Day after this one!
