Long before the festivities began at Shah Rukh Khan’s dinner party hosted for Apple CEO Tim Cook, the guest of honour spent some time meeting Mahesh and Mukesh Bhatt at Mehboob Studios, to understand the cinematic landscape of India and discussing possible future investments.
Talking about his meeting with Cook, producer Mukesh Bhatt told the media that Mr Cook’s visit to India was just a feeler and that every foreign national knows how important Bollywood is to the country.
The Bhatt brothers also said that Cook wanted to gain an understanding of how the film industry works and was curious about Bollywood music, especially Bhatt’s tunes that are also available via iTunes.
Mukesh Bhatt also gave Cook gave a personal tour of Mehboob Studios in Bandra. Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt has flooded his Twitter handle with several pictures of Cook’s visit on the sets of Raaz Reboot.
