1. Big B to Become the Face of the ‘Incredible India’ Campaign?
Rumour mills are abuzz with stories suggesting that Aamir Khan has been dismissed as the ambassador of the Incredible India ad campaign, due to his recent remarks on intolerance. Clearly, these rumours have been put to rest with official statements, both from the actor, as well as the Ministry of Tourism. But who will be the next celebrity to step into his shoes? A source in the Ministry of Tourism confirmed the latest developments saying that Amitabh Bachchan is the ministry’s first choice for the job. But other actors like Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra are also being considered. The Modi government believes that Mr Bachchan is a non-controversial figure and like his association with Gujarat tourism has escalated the popularity of the state among national and international tourists, it is believed that he will bring the same results to the all India campaign.

3. Maharashtra Govt. to Move SC Against Salman Khan’s Acquittal
Many rejoiced the acquittal of Salman Khan in the hit-and-run case, but the Maharashtra government informed the Bombay High Court on Thursday about its decision to file a special leave
petition against the same, in the Supreme Court. Government pleader Abhinandan Vagyani shared that the SLP will be filed in January itself. The latest development on the case has been revealed by an official statement released by a division bench of Justice Abhay Oka and Justice Gautam Patel:
