Aamir Khan’s last release PK has made Rs 340 crore at the domestic box office and has recorded a figure of 3.5 crore ticket sales, beating Aamir’s own previous best 3 Idiots. After3 Idiots crossed the Rs 200 crore mark, only a few films made it past the milestone - Shah Rukh Khan’s Chennai Express (2013) and Salman Khan’s Kick (2014) along with Aamir Khan’s own - Dhoom 3 (2013). 2. Salman Hit-and-Run Witness Coached?
In the hit-and-run case involving Salman Khan, the prosecution on Monday rejected Salman’s driver Ashok Singh’s statement, accusing the defence of coaching the witness. The prosecution has called the timing of the driver’s confession suspicious. 3. Delhi Belly Actress Poorna Opens Up About Sexual Abuse
Delhi Belly actress Poorna Jagannathan shared her horrific experiences of being sexually abused as a child and as a young adult. In a video, which is part of a series shot for a project titled WEvolve by the World Bank, Poorna gave an emotional and powerful speech about dealing with an alcoholic father. 4. Singh is Bling Shoot Postponed Due to Polls
The shoot of Prabhu Deva’s Singh is Bling starring Akshay Kumar and Lara Dutta has been postponed. Shooting for the film was to be underway in the village Mullowal in Punjab, which has undergone a makeover since the crew started preparations there two months ago. However, since the village falls under the bypoll bound Dhuri constituency, the district administration has ordered the postponement of shooting till after April 11. 5. The Avengers: Age of Ultron new trailer shows Black Widow helping Captain America
The new trailer of Avengers: Age of Ultron is out and it’s is all about the Avengers reuniting. There is an entire scene where the Black Widow is seen helping Captain America played by Steve Rogers with his shield. Later she is also seen wielding the shield.
