1. ‘Simmba’ Box Office: Ranveer Actioner Joins Rs 100 Crore Club
Unlike several other big ticket films of 2018 that failed to make much of a splash in the box office despite wielding star power, Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan’s Simmba has had a roaring premiere.
According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film crossed the Rs 100 crore mark over New Year’s Day following a promising opening weekend. He observed that this is Ranveer’s fourth film to have achieved this milestone.

2. Sara or Shraddha - Who Would Shake a Leg With Varun in ‘ABCD 3’?
It seems Simmba star Sara Ali Khan has bagged her next film. According to media reports, thanks to Katrina Kaif, Sara might just be signed on opposite Varun Dhawan in the Remo D’Souza film.
Katrina recently opted out of the project as her dates clashed with the Salman Khan-starrer Bharat, her top priority at the moment. But if reports are to be believed, this has turned the dice in favour of the Kedarnath star who has already made her presence felt.
According to Filmfare, the other contender for the role is ABCD 2 star Shraddha Kapoor.

3. Ali Abbas Zafar on Priyanka’s Exit and Katrina’s Entry in ‘Bharat’
Director Ali Abbas Zafar is busy shooting for his upcoming film, Bharat with Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, a role which was supposed to be played by Priyanka Chopra.
The announcement of Priyanka’s entry into Bharat was made with a lot of noise in April 2018 and it was supposed to be Priyanka’s first big Bollywood project after a 2 year break. But Priyanka was no longer a part of the film because of her wedding to Nick Jonas, which would’ve possibly clashed with the Bharat schedule.
When the director was asked about PeeCee’s sudden exit, in an interview with Filmfare, Zafar said, “Well, well, well… there were a lot of things that she was busy with. But I’m not gonna say anything more about my ‘nick in time’ comment on Twitter. We all know the reality and the truth of the situation. As I’ve always maintained, we, as team Bharat, are extremely happy for Priyanka and where she’s in life right now.”

4. Here’s How Sanjay Dutt Tried to Convince Salman to Get Married
After hosting Ranveer Singh in the first episode of his new show, Kapil Sharma invited Salman Khan on The Kapil Sharma Show. The Race 3 star came on the show with his brothers, Arbaaz and Sohail and their father, Salim Khan. While the episode is expected to be a laughter riot, a teaser clip shows how Sanjay Dutt convinced (or not) Salman to tie the knot.
In the video, Salman mimics Sanjay and says, “Sanju baba was convincing me to get married and said ‘Bhaijaan, you should get married.’ And as he spoke, his phone was constantly ringing. He said ‘you come home tired after the shoot. She will press your head. Marriage is the best thing.”

After Ranveer Singh’s emotional speech at Star Screen Awards 2018 for wife Deepika Padukone went viral, there is a new video doing the rounds from the same award ceremony. The video shows Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif sharing a hug as Ranveer claps on. What is the big deal, you may ask?
Katrina attended Ranveer and Deepika’s wedding reception in December. If the rumour mills are to be believed, Katrina and Deepika, the top two actors of our film industry, have reportedly not been on talking terms for years because of Ranbir Kapoor.
