Model turned actor Sudhanshu Pandey claims that the film which Rakesh Roshan and Sanjay Gupta are planning to make is based on his original script Farmayish, which he claims was stolen and re-titled Kabil. Pandey has filed charges of theft and fraud against the filmmakers at the Amboli police station in Mumbai. Roshan and Gupta are yet to react on this charge.
