Spider Man: Far From Home is the latest MCU blockbuster to hit the theatres and hopes to be an appropriate chaser after the events of Avengers: Endgame. Now, the film has already fallen prey to Tamil Rockers, a website that is notorious for leaking and pirating films.
Earlier, Tamil Rockers’ operation was restricted to the South. However, it gradually expanded its reach to Bollywood and Hollywood films, and even web series. Despite strict laws and a high court order blocking piracy hubs, there is no stopping Tamil Rockers. The website changes its domain every time and it can also be accessed through proxy servers.
Directed by Jon Watts, Spider Man: Far From Home marks the return of Tom Holland as Peter Parker. The film also stars Michael Keaton, Jon Favreau, Marisa Tomei, Jake Gyllenhaal, Samuel L Jackson. It has gone down well with the critics. The Quint’s Stutee Ghosh wrote, “ We need closure, some more time to mourn, and the movie Spider-Man – Far From Home, gives us just that. It might not be a worthy successor to Avengers Endgame in its scale, but it is a hugely enjoyable watch. It gives many of us the space we needed to reminisce about Tony Stark a little more.”
Mihir Fadnavis from Firstpost was all praises for the film. “Spider-Man Far From Home is yet another one in their sprawling Avengerscatalogue that delights and entertains, even if the setting and characters are now overly familiar. It is no match for Sam Raimi’s excellent Spiderman 2, but is a solidly enjoyable Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) film that works both as an epilogue to Avengers: Endgame and a prologue to what comes next”, he wrote.
