According to reports, Telugu star Ravi Teja gave his brother Bharath’s cremation a miss. The last rites for Bharath, who died in a car crash on Saturday, was held at the Jubilee Hills Mahaprasthanam on Sunday. Teja despite being in Hyderabad did not attend the function, and he did not see Bharath’s body at the Osmania General Hospital either.
It was reported that Bharath’s body was taken straight away from the mortuary to the crematorium. As per a report in the Times of India, only Ravi Teja’s younger brother Raghu attended the cremation. Actor Uttej, who is close to the star has apparently said that the family was too shocked at Bharath’s sudden demise.
Like his brother superstar Ravi Teja, Bharath too was an actor in Telugu films, but only did supporting and character roles.
A few members of the film industry including actors Raghu Babu, Ali, Jeevitha and a few producers were present at the last rites of the actor.
