Sonam Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor‘s cousin Mohit Marwa is getting hitched to his long-time girlfriend, Antara Motiwala. Present at the star-studded wedding celebrations are Karan Johar, Shweta Bachchan, Rhea Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor with his daughter, Sridevi with Khushi Kapoor, Manish Malhotra, Athiya Shetty among others. Arjun even performed on the Sangeet night. And guess who joined Arjun on the dance floor? Karan Johar, of course! In one of the videos from the cocktail party, Arjun seems to have turned bar-tender for some of his friends as he whips up drinks behind the counter. Anil Kapoor and his wife, Sunita have also joined in the celebrations. Although, Sonam skipped the mehendi function, she was present at the Sangeet night.
Mohit Marwah, who made in debut in Bollywood film, Fugly, which released in 2014, has also acted in several short films and music videos. Mohit was last seen in Strangers In The Night (directed by Shakun Batra) and Love Shots - The Big Date as well as Tigmanshu Dhulia's Raag Desh.
Mohit’s father, Sandeep Marwah is the founder of Noida Film City and his younger brother Akshay is a producer. His fiance, Antara is a celebrity fashion stylist.
Arjun Kapoor’s sister, Anshula Kapoor can also be seen in many photos with B-town celebs. The wedding is taking place at Walforf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah in UAE. Abu Dhabi is reportedly a favourite destination for the Marwahs as Mohit’s brother also got hitched at the same place.
Mohit’s mother (Reena Marwah) is Boney, Anil and Sanjay’s sister. So naturally, the entire Kapoor clan was present to celebrate the big day.
Although, Sridevi’s daughter was present at the functions, Janhvi was missing in action. Janhvi is making her debut on the big screen in Dhadak with Shahid Kapoor’s brother, Ishaan Khattar. Dhadak is backed by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.
