Clad in a niqaab, Khatija went on share anecdotes about her father, besides asking him some advice as they shared the stage.
But the father-daughter duo were criticised on social media because of Khatija’s attire. Many accused Rahman of forcing his daughter to don the veil.

Filmmaker Rohit Shetty has signed Farah Khan to direct an action-comedy film for his production house, Rohit Shetty Picturez.

Pankaj Tripathi joins upcoming sports drama 83 as PR Man Singh, the manager of the Indian cricket team that participated in the 1983 Cricket World Cup.
“It’s an inspiring story and I leapt at the opportunity to be a part of the film. I was good at bowling and fielding and I am hoping to brush up my batting skills while prepping for the film. 5. Cabinet Approves Amendment to Cinematograph Act to Combat Piracy
The Union Cabinet on Wednesday, 6 February, approved amendments to the Cinematograph Act for imposing strict penalties to combat the menace of film piracy.
To check piracy, particularly the release of pirated versions of films on the internet, which causes huge losses to the film industry and the exchequer, the government has proposed to make film piracy offences punishable with imprisonment of up to three years and fines that may extend to Rs 10 lakh or both.
