Director Kabir Khan's upcoming movie Tubelight gets its own character emoji on Twitter.

Kabir on Tuesday took to Twitter, where he shared the emoji and wrote: "Happy to announce that Tubelight becomes the first Bollywood film with its own character emoji 'Tubelight'! Salman Khan."

The emoji shows Salman in his Tubelight pose, in which he is seen saluting with a shoe hanging around his neck.

Superstar Salman Khan, who is starring in the upcoming venture, too replied to Kabir and wrote: "Twitter ko full light kar dega ab yeh Tubelight emoji!"

Is Baba Ramdev trying to be omni present? From political rallies and media conclaves to your local kirana store and now a reality dance show, the yoga guru is everywhere. Ramdev was the celebrity guest on the popular dance reality show Nach Baliye recently along with judges Sonakshi Sinha, Mohit Suri and Terence Lewis.

We don’t know if Ramdev ended up learning any dance moves but the judges sure got a crash course on a few yoga postures.

The controversy over the writing credits of Hansal Mehta’s Simran featuring Kangana Ranaut have taken a new turn with the film’s writer, Apurva Asrani, having chosen to come out and state his side of the story on his Facebook page.

Apurva, who has collaborated as writer and editor with Hansal on several films including the critically acclaimed Shahid and Aligarh states Kangana has been lying about ‘writing’ Simran in her an interview and a recent Facebook LIVE chat. Without mincing words, the writer ends his FB post by hoping that his friend and filmmaker Hansal “shows some spine” to either refute or endorse his version of the events.

5. Was Katy Perry Married? Ellen Doesn’t Seem to Recall

Whether she’s on screen, or off it, Katy Perry always steals the show. This time around, the singer swept fans off their feet when she appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

When Ellen asked her to pick between male celebrities, on a Q&A segment – titled ‘Will You Perry Me?’ – Perry exclaimed:

Do I have to get married... again?

This caught Ellen’s attention, who thought Perry was "never married’’. What followed was a seemingly awkward reminder by Perry that she was previously married to Russell Brand. She also reminded Ellen that she had given her wedding gifts on an episode of the show.
