As you know Akshay Kumar will be playing the villain in Rajinikanth starrer Robot 2.0. Khiladi Kumar stepped into the role recently after Hollywood actor Arnold Schwarzenegger reportedly declined the role due to differences over the script.
News is that Akshay will be charging around Rs 25 crore for his appearance in the big budget sequel. Considering the buzz that Schwarzenegger was about to be paid something to the tune of Rs 120 crore if he came on board, the makers have made a huge saving. Hopefully, they’ll invest that into giving us some kick-ass VFX and animation on the next Robot instalment.
