For his second appearance on Koffee With Karan, the reclusive Aamir Khan was accompanied by his onscreen daughters from ‘Dangal’, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra.
While it sure is nice to see fresh faces on the popular talk show, one can’t help but wish that Karan would truly break out of his comfort zone and refrain from asking all his guests the same set of questions.

The OCD Bond
They say LSD helps forge fast friendships. But the Dangal girls bonded over something else entirely. When Sanya spotted Fatima putting pens and papers in order, she knew she’d found a friend. “You’ve got OCD? Even I’ve got OCD,” is how she broke the ice.
Yes, these girls are out to win hearts with their quirkiness.
All the Single Ladies
When you’re working with Mr Perfectionist, the sheer amount of work you put in is bound to take a toll on your personal life.
Just ask Sanya and Fatima. The duo took to Karan’s show to find eligible bachelors in the country.
The girls have been trained in wrestling, just in case you were wondering.
Mr Sulkpot
Aamir confessed that he is prone to sulking fits ahead of the release of his film. He said that it stems from his sensitiveness. No news there, Aamir. We’ve all seen the waterworks on Satyamev Jayate. We’ve also seen you wipe your eyes with towels after film screenings.
He also confessed to having cried after watching the trailer of Dangal (which you probably saw in the promos of the show, but in case you didn’t, you know now).
Fractures Toh Normal Hai
During their early practice sessions, the girls fractured their knees and ribs. However, they didn’t dare tell Aamir, for fear that he may kick them off the film.
And what did their coach have to say to their injuries?
Yeh toh normal hai.
Saans nahi aa rahi? Yeh toh normal hai. Marr rahey hao? Yeh toh normal hai.
Tepid Fire
What is the point of inviting debutants to the show if you’re just going to focus on the more familiar faces? Ugh Karan, this elitism is exactly why this season has been such a bore.
Aamir beat himself to win the Koffee hamper in the rapid fire round. He played coy when Karan asked him if he thought Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Kareena Kapoor Khan to be hot. Aamir said that he did not “see them in such light” because they were both married women.
But Karan being Karan wouldn’t let Aamir off easy. Like we’ve never seen that before.
