A shocking CCTV footage of a woman abducting a six-hour-old baby from Thane’s Civil Hospital has surfaced. In the video, the unidentified woman can be seen lifting the baby from his 19-year-old mother, Mohini Bovar’s side while she was asleep at around 3 am on Sunday.
The hospital staff reported the incident to the police, who have been investigating the matter since.

The newborn's mother was accompanied by her husband and her mother. However, the two were not present when the abductor walked into the room.
The police investigation is currently underway.
A case has been filed under IPC 363. We have made four teams and we are doing our best to detect the person. CCTV footage from the hospital and surrounding areas, along with mobile and technical data, are being used to investigate.Police officer
Bhovar, who hails from a tribal family in Bhiwandi, reached the hospital on Saturday evening. She was taken to the operation theatre where doctors assisted her in a natural delivery of the boy, Bhovar's first child, around 10.30 pm. The mother and the newborn were then wheeled into the room.
