From heavy traffic, crowded buses to long waits for Uber cabs, Odd-Even doesn’t seem to be running as smoothly as the first time. Last time around, Delhi drivers enjoyed shorter commute times and more buses were available to facilitate commutes.
With this Odd-Even, things are different. Crowded buses in 45 degree weather aren’t as enjoyable and non-compliance levels are high. There are also fewer buses on the roads.
