Gul Panag an avid fitness enthusiast and a runner has launched a finess app for your smartphones called ‘First Run’.

Gaurav Jaiswal, the co-founder of the platform Mobiefit colaborated with Gul Panag to launch the app.

The app is useful for people who aspire to be fit and run, but fall short of their fitness goals due to the lack of training and motivation.

The free app aims to bring some discipline in the life of the users so that people who love to run are able to run for about 30 minutes. App features include running tips and voice-based motivation. The app uses Gul’s voice to inspire the users.

Gul Panag plays the role of a personal running coach in the app.

First Run ensures that if a user spends just 30-minutes a day, thrice a week for 9-weeks, they can get into the stride for a 5K run. Experienced or advanced runners can select a 12-week running program that can train them to run non-stop for 65 minutes.

Gul Panag believes that FirstRun’s 5K and 10K running programs would be  first step towards running a marathon, for enthusiasts.
