Jasprit Bumrah running in and bowling yorkers over 140+ has been a site to behold for the last couple of years.
In the warm-up game against Bangladesh, Bumrah, once again showed the entire world that he is not called “the yorker king” for nothing.
It was the ninth over of the innings and Bumrah had just removed Soumya Sarkar. Shakib al Hasan replaced him at the crease at number 3. What followed was an absolute brute of a delivery which left Shakib completely clueless.
Bumrah bowled a yorker at 141 Kmph just outside the off-stump and Shakib inside-edged the ball in a bid to dig it out.

Riding on centuries by Dhoni (113 off 78 balls) and Rahul (108 off 99 ), India posted a mammoth total of 359/7 at the end of their innings. Chasing 360, Bangladesh never got going and eventually lost the match by 95 runs.
Bumrah had a tremendous IPL outing and accounted for a total of 19 wickets at an impressive economy rate of 6.63.
Heading into the World Cup, Jasprit Bumrah is one of the key players to keep an eye on. He will be invaluable for Team India both during the powerplay and in the death overs,
India begin their World Cup campaign against South Africa on 5 June.
