Farhan Akhtar turned a year older on 9 January and the actor and filmmaker hosted a small celebration to mark his birthday. Only very close friends were invited for a cosy get together at Farhan’s residence in Mumbai on Wednesday night. Among those spotted arriving for Farhan’s birthday bash were filmmakers Reema Kagti, Shaad Ali and Farhan’s rumoured girlfriend Shibani Dandekar. The grapevine has been buzzing about Farhan and Shibani being a couple, and the two have been making public appearances together now.
