Christmas and New Year’s eve are around the corner and if you’re heading out for a party, you’re probably thinking about what you must carry. But what’s in style and how do you balance comfort with style?

Style is Comfort

Malaika says she believes in comfort and specifically in being comfortable with your body type. She says there’s nothing like the ‘right’ body type and we should just completely and totally ‘own’ our bodies. Confidence is the best accessory after all!

And once you do that, you’re more than halfway there.

Trends for the Season

If you go by Malaika’s advice, a lot of shimmer and shine, tulle, corduroys, pastel colours are the way to go this party season. If you want to ensure you are comfortable throughout and you know you’ll be stepping out to party later, you must layer on, which she says ‘looks fantastic’.
