The participants are advised to cross-check the winning lottery numbers with the result published in the Nagaland Government Gazette. They can later claim their prizes by filling a form available on the official website.
In order to claim their prizes, the participants need to carefully fill the prescribed form by the Nagaland State Lotteries. They will have to provide their details including name, prize-winning ticket number, passport size photo, bank details along with other necessary details.
All claims of Taxable Prizes should be submitted to the Director of Nagaland State Lotteries. Original prize-winning Ticket with one photocopy duly attested by a Gazetted Officer/Notary Public, along with Four passport size photographs of the claimant, an affidavit of ownership of the prize-winning ticket from any 1st Class Magistrate/Notary Public should also be submitted.
