Saudi King Salman's Elder Brother, Prince Bandar, Dies at 96
Saudi King Salman's elder half-brother, who was the tenth son of the country's founding monarch, has died at the age of 96.
Prince Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud was not an actively political royal within the ruling Al Saud family and had been passed over in the line of succession to the throne. He was the eldest living son of the late King Abdulaziz Al Saud.
Prince Faisal bin Turki bin Faisal confirmed the death on Twitter on Sunday.

Nigerian Govt Bans Shiite Group After Deadly Clashes
Nigeria's presidency on Sunday said the government was banning a Shiite group after a spate of deadly clashes at protests in the capital.
Tensions have risen between the authorities and the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN) as demonstrations in Abuja to free pro-Iranian leader Ibrahim Zakzaky have descended into violence.
At least six protesters, a trainee journalist and a senior police officer were killed on Monday during the latest clashes.

Trump Says US Intel Chief to Leave Office On 15 August
US intelligence chief Dan Coats will leave office on 15 August, President Donald Trump announced on Sunday, the latest high-profile departure from his turnover-plagued administration.
Trump tweeted that he plans to nominate Congressman John Ratcliffe of Texas as the new Director of National Intelligence, and thanked Coats "for his great service to our Country."
