About Genesis Foundation
Established with the motto of ‘Give Life a Chance’, Genesis Foundation (GF) has devoted itself to facilitating medical care to underprivileged children suffering from a range of afflictive diseases - cancer, cardiac disorder, post organ transplant, thalassemia and extreme deformities.
The lack of resources coupled with the high cost of treatment of these specific diseases means that concerned families and care-givers are often unable to provide these children with the critical medical attention that they need and Genesis Foundation seeks to fill this gap.
Genesis Foundation has created unusual and unique participative fundraising events involving music, art and food. In keeping with the Foundation’s purpose to build a participatory culture of giving, GF has brought together bands, musicians, doctors and care-givers and corporate honchos together to raise funds for these children.
The uniqueness of GF fundraisers lies in unusual and unique participative events involving music, art and food. Some of these events are Kasauli Rhythm & Blues Festival, CEOs Cook for GF Kids, Music for Life events, among others. GF is also the beneficiary of CEO’s Got Talent, produced by FremantleMedia. This year, GF will see the addition of another musical event called the Goa Rhythm & Blues Festival… all for the cause of giving a chance to little lives.
