Patidar quota agitation leader Hardik Patel is all set to tie the knot in Gujarat's Surendranagar district on 26-27 January.
The 25-year-old will marry his childhood friend, Kinjal Parikh, who is currently pursuing her law degree, Hardik's father Bharat Patel told the media.
While both Kinjal and Hardik hail from Viramgam, her family is reportedly based in Surat now.
Speaking to The Indian Express, Bharat Patel said that their family would have liked Hardik to get married at Umiya Dham in Unjha.
“However, it is not possible since Hardik has been banned from entering Unjha by the court,” Bharat Patel said.
According to various reports, the two-day ceremony is a low-key affair, with 50 guests on each side.
